In accordance with Law 449/2003 and OG 21/1992, Wow Soft offers a guarantee for the products sold directly from the website. All digital products sold on this site are guaranteed. In the event that a license ceases to function, Wow Soft undertakes to offer a new functional license to the customer in exchange.

Wow Soft sells refurbished (second-hand) licenses as well as new licenses.

Licenses with permanent activation:

The term permanent activation / no expiration period refers to products that will be activated for an unlimited period of time. These licenses benefit from a 1-year warranty, during which if for technical reasons a license has stopped working after it has been successfully activated on the same device, you will receive a new activation key in exchange within a maximum of 24 hours (Monday-Sunday).

Attention !

Refurbished (second-hand) licenses have an activation term of 30 days. If within 1 month you have not activated the licenses, Wow Soft cannot offer any guarantee if the license will not be activated after this period. In most cases, licenses can be activated after 30 days.

Refurbished licenses are usually those of Windows and Office.

Transferable Licenses:

If the product page directly states that this license can be transferred to another device then you benefit from the warranty if it cannot be transferred or reused on the same device.

If the product page states that the license cannot be transferred or reactivated, if you format Windows, then Wow Soft cannot offer you another activation key in exchange! This type of license is activated only 1 time on your PC. If you delete Windows, change the hard drive, we cannot guarantee that the license will be reactivated again.

Usually this type of licenses are the cheapest from Office.

Monthly/annual subscription licenses

Licenses with a monthly or annual subscription (e.g. Antivirus) benefit from a guarantee throughout the subscription.

If the license is for 1 year, you benefit from 1 year warranty.

If the license is for 3 years, you benefit from a 3-year warranty.

The customer does not benefit from the guarantee if:

• You tried to activate the license for a modified program downloaded from unauthorized sites (Torrents)
• You use cracks or other fake license generators.
• You tried to activate the license on several devices despite the fact that you were notified that the license will only work on 1 device.
• You have not activated the license within 30 days (only for refrubished ones).
• You have viruses or malware on your computer.
• You are using a hacked (unlicensed) Windows and you are trying to activate a program like Office.
